This item is a one of a kind archival, hand-drawn and hand-pulled, traditionally printed, six color, 3 run Lithograph. Printed by the artist at the esteemed Tamarind Institute for Fine Art Lithography.
The process of Lithography requires the artist to create the drawing directly onto Bavarian Limestone or lithographic plate with a grease-based crayon or other grease-based materials. The stone or plate is then chemically processed using Nitric Acid and Gum Arabic. Finally, it is printed on a traditional (manually powered) Lithography Press using the highest quality archival papers, inks, and other materials.
