Permission, consists of 418 individual hand-set letterpress prints each containing a single word of a larger journal entry. Inspired by Shelley Jackson’s Ineradicable Stain project, where 2095 individual words from a larger novel were tattooed on 2095 participating individuals, this project was installed as a takeaway and viewers were invited to take the last print on top of the stack.
